Unigrn offers personalized tumblers, custom drinkware, and related products.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, dimensions, capacities, colors, images, pricing, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, you acknowledge that:

Product colors may appear differently depending on screen settings, lighting, and device displays.
Minor differences may occur during printing, engraving, customization, and production.
The placement, size, or appearance of personalized elements may vary slightly.
Product packaging may be updated without affecting the main product.

Reasonable differences resulting from screen display, production, or customization are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to change product descriptions, specifications, prices, availability, or packaging and to discontinue products at any time.

We may limit the sale or quantity of products available to any person, household, geographic region, or jurisdiction where reasonably necessary.

3. Orders and Personalization

When you place an order, you are submitting an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order is not considered accepted until payment has been authorized and we have accepted the order for processing.

Because our products are personalized and made to order, you are responsible for carefully reviewing all customization information before submitting your order, including:

Text
Dates
Capitalization
Images
Logos
Colors
Designs
Product options
Other personalization details

Unless specifically stated otherwise, Unigrn does not proofread, correct, or verify customer-submitted personalization details.

We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer, including:

Misspelled names or text
Incorrect dates
Incorrect capitalization
Incorrect product selections
Incorrect images, logos, or designs
Low-resolution or poor-quality uploaded files

Products will be created according to the information submitted with the order.

4. Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may only be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not started.

Once an order has entered production, customization, engraving, printing, or shipment preparation, it can no longer be modified or canceled.

Submitting a change or cancellation request does not guarantee that the request can be completed.

Any approved cancellation or refund will be processed according to our Return and Refund Policy.

5. Customer-Submitted Content

If you submit text, images, logos, artwork, designs, or other materials for customization (“Custom Content”), you represent and warrant that:

You own the Custom Content or have permission to use it.
The Custom Content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other third-party right.
The Custom Content complies with applicable laws.
The Custom Content is not unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, obscene, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.

You grant Unigrn a limited, non-exclusive right to reproduce, process, modify, and use the Custom Content only as reasonably necessary to produce your order, provide customer support, and fulfill our contractual obligations.

We will not use customer-submitted Custom Content for advertising or promotional purposes without separate permission.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order containing Custom Content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable laws.

You are responsible for claims or losses arising from Custom Content submitted without the necessary rights or permissions.

6. Prices, Currency and Promotions

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change without notice.

The amount charged for an order will be the amount displayed at checkout at the time the order is placed.

Where local currencies are available, prices may be displayed and charged in the currency selected or assigned at checkout.

Unless otherwise stated, product prices may not include:

Shipping charges
Sales taxes
Customs duties
Import taxes
Customs clearance fees
Other government charges

Promotional offers may be subject to separate conditions, including expiration dates, product restrictions, minimum order values, or geographic limitations.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Unigrn does not directly store complete payment card information.

We may refuse, limit, place on hold, or cancel an order due to:

Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
Incorrect billing or shipping information
Pricing or product information errors
Product availability issues
Orders that appear to be placed for unauthorized resale
Other legitimate security or operational concerns

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the applicable payment will be refunded according to our Return and Refund Policy.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Unigrn currently ships to supported addresses in:

United States
Canada
Australia
United Kingdom

Certain remote, military, and restricted regions are excluded.

Processing times and shipping transit times are separate. All delivery dates and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

Carrier delays
Customs processing
Severe weather
Public holidays
Peak shopping periods
Transportation disruptions
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and deliverable shipping address.

9. Returns, Refunds and Replacements

Because Unigrn products are personalized and made specifically for each customer, customized products are generally final sale.

Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged because of:

Change of mind
Personal preference
Customer-submitted spelling or customization errors
Incorrect product options selected by the customer
Minor acceptable production or color variations

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the submitted order details, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund according to our Return and Refund Policy.

All claim requirements, reporting deadlines, evidence requirements, refund methods, and replacement procedures are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

If these Terms conflict with our Return and Refund Policy regarding a return, refund, replacement, or cancellation, the Return and Refund Policy will control.

10. Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges, or clearance fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, customers are responsible for unexpected customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees required by local authorities.

Customs procedures may delay delivery, and such delays are outside our reasonable control.

are owned by Unigrn or used under appropriate authorization and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The Services are provided for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, republish, display, sell, license, scrape, download, or commercially exploit any part of the Services without prior written permission.

No provision of these Terms grants you ownership of, or a license to use, Unigrn trademarks, branding, content, or other intellectual property except as expressly stated.

12. Optional Tools

We may provide access to tools, applications, or features operated by third parties.

These tools may be provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and we may not monitor or control their operation.

Your use of optional third-party tools is at your discretion and may be subject to the third party’s own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for losses arising solely from third-party tools outside our reasonable control.

Any future features, tools, or Services added to our website will also be subject to these Terms.

13. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may include content, functionality, payment services, shipping services, analytics tools, advertising tools, or links provided by third parties.

Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform used to make the Services available.

However, purchases made through the Unigrn website are transactions directly between you and Unigrn.

Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated by Shopify, Shopify is not the seller of Unigrn products and is not responsible for:

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, Unigrn’s total liability relating to a specific order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where a higher level of liability is required by applicable law.

22. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold Unigrn and its service providers harmless from third-party claims, losses, or reasonable expenses arising from:

Custom Content submitted without the necessary rights or permissions.
