Order Processing

  • Orders ship within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Custom engraved orders add 1–2 business days for production.

Shipping & Delivery

  • US: Standard shipping (3–7 business days) is free for orders over $50 ($4.99 flat rate under $50); expedited shipping (1–3 business days) costs $12.99.
  • EU: Standard shipping (5–10 business days) is free for orders over €60 (€5.99 flat rate under €60); express shipping (2–4 business days) costs €14.99.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed by customs, weather, or carrier issues.

Tracking & Support

  • A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships; allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.
  • EU orders may be subject to import duties/taxes, which are the recipient’s responsibility.
  • For lost/damaged shipments, contact us within 30/7 days respectively at hello@unigrn.com for assistance.

Restrictions

  • We ship to the US (all 50 states) and most EU countries; we do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or other international locations.
  • Custom engraved items are final sale and non-returnable unless defective.
