📦 Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the US. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to select international destinations. Shipping times and costs vary by location. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

We stand behind every order. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on non-customized items. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Custom engraved items are final sale unless defective.

How do I initiate a return?

Email hello@unigrn.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Can I exchange my item for a different size or color?

Yes! Contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange an exchange. We'll cover return shipping for exchanges on non-customized items.

What can I have engraved?

You can personalize your drinkware with names, initials, dates, short messages, or custom designs. Character limits vary by product.

How long does custom engraving take?

Custom engraved orders typically add 2-3 business days to production time before shipping. Rush engraving is available for an additional fee.

Can I preview my engraving before ordering?

Yes! Our customization tool shows a real-time preview of your engraving. You'll also receive a proof via email before we begin production.

Will the engraving fade or wear off?

Our laser engraving is permanent and won't fade, peel, or wear off with normal use and washing. It's designed to last the lifetime of your drinkware.

Are your products dishwasher safe?

While our drinkware is dishwasher safe, we recommend hand washing to preserve the finish and any custom engraving for years to come.

How long does the insulation keep drinks hot or cold?

Our double-wall vacuum insulation keeps drinks cold for up to 24 hours and hot for up to 12 hours, depending on the product and conditions.

What materials are your products made from?

We use premium 18/8 food-grade stainless steel that's BPA-free, non-toxic, and built to last. All materials meet or exceed FDA safety standards.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes! All our products come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If you experience any issues, contact us and we'll make it right.
